We value your satisfaction and strive to deliver professional and actionable outcomes. Due to the customized nature of our services, our refund policy is outlined below.

🔄 Service-Based Refunds

Because our consulting services are personalized and begin preparation upon booking, refunds are generally not issued once services have been delivered or work has commenced.

However, we may issue refunds under the following conditions:

✅ Eligible Refund Scenarios:

• You cancel at least 72 hours before a scheduled consulting session

• A duplicate payment was made in error

• We are unable to fulfill the service due to internal issues or scheduling conflicts

• You cancel a project before any deliverables have been created or work initiated

❌ Non-Refundable Scenarios:

• Cancellations made less than 72 hours before a scheduled service

• Partial dissatisfaction based on subjective expectations after full delivery

• Client failure to provide necessary information or access, resulting in project delays or cancellations

• Digital products, downloads, templates, and training guides after they’ve been accessed or delivered

📅 Rescheduling Policy

We allow one free reschedule if notified at least 48 hours in advance. Additional changes or missed sessions may be charged a rescheduling fee.

To request a refund, email us at info@prosafesolutions.com within 5 business days of your scheduled service or product delivery. Please include:

• Your name and business name

• Service or product purchased

• Reason for the refund request

We will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.
